About the online course

An online course on how to design your own 3-hour workshop for mindfulness meditation in nature. The course is based on the handbook "Flow learning" developed by Peter Wiborn and Lars-Erik LarssonStudieförbundet Vuxenskolan, with text elements from Goran Gennvi, Naturakademin Learning Lab. A special thanks goes to John P. MiltonOren Lyons and Joseph Cornell who has inspired us over the years. 

Format: Self-study course, originally developed by Studieförbundet Vuxenskolan and Naturakademin Learning Lab in Swedish.  

Scope: 3 hours/module/week x 6 weeks. Each module contains 2 hours of self-study and experience sharing and 1 hour of Skype teleconference (not available in the free version). 

Starting date: Whenever you wish. Dates for a tutor led online course will be announced later. 

Examination: No examination in the free version.
