A warm welcome!

Many with you want to try to deepen their connection to nature. At one level, it is about increasing awareness, relaxing and being more present, here and now.  This online course on "Mindfulness in Nature" helps you to increase presence, tap into your creativity and reduce stress. In a structured way you build upon your own experiences of what nature can provide in the form of welfare, joy, adventure and relaxation.
